The Italian multi-utility A2A has joined the members of the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance (ECHA), the European Clean Hydrogen Alliance born in March 2020 with the aim of developing the hydrogen value chain in in line with the European strategy.
The alliance, made up of companies, national and local authorities and civil society representatives active in the hydrogen sector, aims to facilitate the implementation of the new European strategy and investment agenda for 2030. Therefore, European Clean Hydrogen Alliance organizes forums and working groups topics led by the CEOs of key companies in the sector, which will also be attended by A2A.
A2A’s entry into the alliance is in line with its commitment to contribute to the energy transition and decarbonisation, so much so that in its new Strategic Plan 10 billion investments are planned for 2030 dedicated to the energy transition.
