Catator AB, a leading technology development partner for the commercialization of hydrogen technologies, is pleased to announce the successful completion of its pre-IPO funding round. Due to strong interest from both existing shareholders and new investors, the new issue was finalized two months ahead of schedule and was oversubscribed.

With the completion of this funding round, Catator now has the capital required to invest in laboratory, production, and reactor testing infrastructure. These investments are crucial for the company’s continued growth, with the aim of quadrupling its revenue by 2027.

Additionally, the funding round has brought in several new investors, complementing and broadening the ownership base in preparation for the planned public listing in 2026.
