Charbone Hydrogen Corporation (TSX-V:CH, OTCQB:CHHYF) announced that it has generated its first revenues following the delivery of 161,000 cubic feet of helium to an independent distributor in the Greater Toronto Area.
The shipment marks the launch of the company’s Helium Division and its entry into the North American specialty industrial gases supply chain.

Charbone CEO Dave Gagnon, said:
This first delivery to the GTA demonstrates Charbone’s ability to expand alongside our hydrogen platform and meet growing Canadian demand for specialty gases
“We aim to provide a strong new alternative for independent distributors across Canada.”
Additionally, the company announced that it has signed a three-year supply agreement with the distributor to provide several million cubic feet of helium to the Ontario market.
Charbone said contract is part of its efforts to expand its product portfolio, which includes hydrogen, helium and other industrial gases.
The company cited market projections indicating the global helium market could grow by approximately US$2 billion between 2024 and 2030, representing an average annual growth rate of 6.7%.
