Enapter AG adjusts guidance for fiscal year 2025
Hamburg, September 18th, 2025. Enapter AG (ISIN: DE000A255G02) is adjusting its guidance for fiscal year 2025. The reason is the higher complexity of setting up production within the joint venture, particularly due to different certification requirements as well as customer-specific designs of the Multicores. As a result, production and acceptance processes are taking longer than originally expected. Consequently, a significant portion of the planned revenues will shift to 2026.
For fiscal year 2025, the company now expects revenues between EUR 20 to 22 million with EBITDA ranging from EUR -9 to -10 million. The current order backlog amounts to around EUR 45 million.
Previously, Enapter had guided for revenues of around EUR 39 to 42 million and an EBITDA between EUR -2 million and approximately EUR 0 for fiscal year 2025.
