Gerrit Kaufhold will be the new Chief Financial Officer of Enapter AG from June 1, 2021. The previous Chief Financial Officer, Hansjoerg Plaggemars, is stepping down on May 31, 2021.
The main shareholder BluGreen Company – formerly the parent company of the Enapter companies – acquired S&O Beteiligungen AG from Deutsche Balaton AG in autumn 2020 and incorporated its operating subsidiaries Enapter GmbH, Berlin and Enapter SRL, Italy, into the company in a reverse merger. S&O Beteiligungen AG was then renamed Enapter AG at the end of last year.
Mr Plaggemars was a member of the Management Board of S&O Beteiligungen AG and, in addition to his other mandates, had agreed to remain at Enapter AG as interim CFO on a daily basis until a successor was found.
From June 1, 2021, Mr. Gerrit Kaufhold will be the new Chief Financial Officer of Enapter AG. He will be responsible for Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury), Legal & Investor Relations and Compliance (including Risk Management).
Mr. Gerrit Kaufhold has known Enapter AG from the beginning, as he accompanies it as a tax advisor, has taken over the accounting of the AG and helped to prepare the annual and consolidated financial statements.
