First Public Hydrogen (FPH2) Appoints Lorraine Paskett as Chief Operating Officer
LANCASTER, Calif., April 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — First Public Hydrogen (FPH2) is proud to announce the appointment of Lorraine Paskett as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). With over two decades of executive leadership across California’s energy and water sectors, Paskett brings a deep well of experience in public and private infrastructure development, clean energy project execution, and government affairs.

Prior to her appointment as COO, Paskett led clean hydrogen strategy along the West Coast for California’s largest hydrogen producer and global leader in clean hydrogen solutions, driving commercial opportunities both as an executive and through her energy and climate advisory firm, Cambridge LCF Group. Her career spans senior roles at the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP), First Solar, and Pacific Gas & Electric, where she guided strategic market expansion, regulatory affairs, and large-scale clean energy investments.
