Global Energy Ventures to change the Company’s name to Provaris Energy Ltd.
Global Energy Ventures Ltd (ASX: GEV, the Company) announce plans to change the Company’s name to Provaris Energy Ltd. The name change reflects the transition and growth into a developer of integrated renewable energy projects that will include the production and transport of hydrogen using the Company’s innovative GH2 Carrier.
The Company recognises the pursuit of universal energy and a lower emission future will require solutions that provide energy diversity and security of supply.
There is a requirement and acceptance for technical innovation that delivers green fuels, including hydrogen in a simple and efficient way, that can act as drivers for long-term economic growth and decarbonise hard-to-abate sectors.
