Following Shareholder approval at the Global Energy Ventures Ltd General Meeting held on Thursday 5th May 2022, advise that the change of name of the Company from Global Energy Ventures Ltd to Provaris Energy Ltd has been processed by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission.
The effective date for the change of Company name and ticker code on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) will be from the commencement of trading on Monday, 16th May 2022.
The following changes will be implemented by ASX:

Attached is the Company Constitution which has been amended to reflect the name change to Provaris Energy Ltd.
