A seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in financial strategy, operations, and scaling high-growth technology companies, O’Brien will play a pivotal role in guiding the company through its next phase of expansion.
O’Brien brings a proven track record of financial leadership, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Axiom Space, where she led large-scale financial and operational transformations, facilitated a $350 million Series C raise, and negotiated over $2 billion in contracts. Her deep expertise spans M&A, capital strategy, compliance, and enterprise systems, which will be critical capabilities as Heven AeroTech continues its rapid growth in the aerospace sector.

She also held senior leadership roles at KIRA and Blue Ocean Enterprises, consistently driving growth, efficiency, and profitability across diverse sectors including aerospace, national defense, and advanced technology.
O’Brien holds an MBA and BSBA in Finance from Colorado State University and maintains top industry certifications including CMA, CSCA, PMP, and SHRM-SCP. She also holds a Top Secret clearance.
