HNO International partners with Zhuhai Topower for hydrogen pilot in China
HNO International announced a strategic agreement with Zhuhai Topower New Energy, a leading Chinese renewable energy company, to launch a $5 million pilot project deploying HNOI’s Scalable Hydrogen Energy Platform (SHEP) in China.
The pilot marks the company’s first entry into the Chinese market, aligning with its global expansion strategy and commitment to delivering modular, low-cost hydrogen production and refueling infrastructure. Located in Guangdong Province, the project will serve as a proof-of-concept for scalable hydrogen energy integration in large-scale renewable systems.

Founded in 2015, Zhuhai Topower has become a key player in Guangdong’s energy transition, with major investments in wind and solar power, including a 100MW wind farm and a 50MW photovoltaic project.
The collaboration aims to lay the foundation for a regional hydrogen network, supporting China’s decarbonization goals by combining local renewables with advanced hydrogen production and refueling technologies.
