Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (LSE:HUI, OTCQB:HUIPF) has noted an interview with executive director Howard White about its move into medicinal cannabis.
White has agreed, subject to contract, to grant HUI an option to acquire 49% of the issued share capital of Carbon Capture and Sequestration (renamed Ohrid Organics).
In the interview, White discusses potential revenue prospects and costs of Ohrid Organics.
