Magnus Jonsson Declines Re-Election as Chairman of Powercell
Magnus Jonsson, Chairman of the Board at fuel cell company Powercell, has informed the nomination committee that he will not be available for re-election at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
Jonsson has served as a board member since 2012 and as chairman since 2015. He will remain in his role until the General Meeting and will assist the nomination committee in its ongoing work.
The nomination committee states that it has conducted a structured succession process over an extended period and believes it has made significant progress, with the ambition to present a comprehensive proposal for a new board and a new chairman well in advance of the notice for the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
