The Paris Motor Show presents the Electric and Hydrogen Professional Mobility Zone.

The Paris Motor Show, 1er exhibition of the new world of the automobile, reinvents itself to answer the major questions of mobility and present the news and the future. This is the perfect time and place to talk about Electric and Hydrogen Professional Mobility.

While long-distance transport is still slow to switch to alternative energies, this is not the case for companies operating in cities over short or medium distances, or for deliveries over the last kilometers.

Manufacturers already offer a wide range of vehicles allowing the transition to greener fleets, running on electric or hydrogen: The Paris Motor Show will be an opportunity to exhibit them and have them tested on a test circuit. This will also allow the general public to learn even more about these new energies, including hydrogen.

Didier Sommereau, Director of the La Squadra agency, co-producer of this space dedicated to professional vehicles and their new engines, said:

The routes drawn from the Porte de Versailles will allow visitors to test the new engines offered in real driving conditions.

The visitor will be taken care of by the reception of the Electric and Hydrogen Professional Mobility Zone, and will be able to ask all his questions on the AVERE Stand which will inform him of the laws, devices, or accompaniments provided by the State and the regions.

He will then be able to discover the products and ecosystems of the brands that are committed to Electric and Hydrogen Professional Mobility.

Manufacturers present their electric ranges

Many European commercial vehicle manufacturers have responded to the call to make their solutions known: Citroën, Opel, Peugeot, Fiat, Ford, or Renault Trucks will of course be present. Alongside them, the new manufacturers Maxus and DFSK will also present their ranges with the hope of conquering new markets.

New brands at the service of the ecological transition

Alongside these traditional players, new brands will unveil their products and services on this dedicated space. Thus will be present the French manufacturer Ellectramobilys Muse, producer of electric commercial vehicles.

Symbio, a joint subsidiary of Faurecia and Michelin, will also present its hydrogen solutions for light and heavy vehicles. For its part, Hyvia, a joint venture between Renault and Plug Power, will present no less than three prototypes of hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles.

For its part, Mob-ion will present its hydrogen scooters and bicycles, while Hydrogen Refueling Solutions will present its service stations democratizing hydrogen charging.

In this space, visitors will be able to discover the models from every angle, receive advice from representatives of each brand, and try the vehicles outside the Exhibition Center.

Banque des Territoires as exclusive partner

A subsidiary of Caisse des Dépôts, Banque des Territoires, in partnership with BPI, has committed to a 5-year, €40 billion plan to encourage companies to make the ecological transition, and in particular to transform their fleets towards electric or hydrogen.

Banque des Territoires is the exclusive partner of the Electric and Hydrogen Professional Mobility Zone. This is an opportunity for this major subsidiary institution of the Caisse de DĂ©pĂ´ts to present through 6 of its start-ups its strategic commitment in France and in our regions in this mobility.

Autoplug, partner of the LGV Test Center

Visitors interested in the models exhibited in the Professional Mobility zone will have the opportunity to try them out at the LGV test centre of which Autoplug is a partner.

Autoplug, a subsidiary of the LGE group, offers individuals, companies and communities efficient charging solutions that are accessible and adapted to everyone’s needs, by developing charging stations that transform vehicle charging into a simple daily gesture and by guaranteeing a reliable and simple solution, always available and nearby.

Autoplug will bring its know-how and technology to ensure the charging of electric vehicles tested at the show, thanks to the terminals installed at the start of the courses.

A precursor of international car shows, created in France by automotive pioneers, it celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2018.

Driven by the automotive sector, the Mondial de l’Auto is the showcase of an industry at the forefront of innovations, which draw the central place that the automobile will play in the mobility of the future. The PFA and Hopscotch have been associated, since 2019, for its organization.

Paris Automotive Week

In 2021, the automotive industry announced the launch of Paris Automotive Week, from 18 to 23 October 2022 at the Porte de Versailles.

For the first time, the two flagship events of the automotive sector, the Mondial de l’Auto and the Equip’Auto show, are coming together under the same banner by creating the Paris Automotive Week.
