Proton Motor Power Systems chair resigns, names successor.
Proton Motor Power Systems PLC – London-based designer and producer of hydrogen fuel cells and electric hybrid systems – Says Chair Helmut Gierse has retired with immediate effect. Appoints Non-Executive Director Ali Naini as his successor, also effective immediately. Naini joined the board as a non-executive director in May 2023.
