Quest One, Ryze Power team up for hydrogen supply across Europe

Quest One, a manufacturer of PEM electrolysis solutions, has formed a strategic partnership with European green hydrogen supplier Ryze Power to deliver an integrated hydrogen supply offering for mobility and industrial customers across Europe.

Under the agreement, the two companies will develop a joint customer solution that links hydrogen production directly with offtake, aiming to remove infrastructure and supply bottlenecks that often slow down hydrogen projects.

Nima Pegemanyfar, Executive Vice President Customer Operations at Quest One, said:

The collaboration will start at Quest One’s Gigahub in Hamburg, the company’s production site for PEM electrolyzer stacks. A tube trailer filling station has been installed at the facility and will be operated by Ryze Power. 

Hydrogen produced during R&D activities and end-of-line testing of electrolyzer stacks will be captured and supplied to the market, turning test output into a commercially viable stream.

Ryze Power already operates tube trailers delivering hydrogen to customers across Germany and other European markets.

By integrating production and logistics at Hamburg, the partners say they are creating a platform that can be scaled to support larger customer programs and multi-site projects across Europe.
