TECO 2030 Private Placement Raises $5 million. Norway’s TECO 2030 ASA said Friday that the previously-announced private placement has been successfully completed, raising 45 million kroner ($5 million).
The placing had an allocation of 9 million offer shares at a subscription price of NOK5.00 an offer share. Net proceeds will be used for partial funding of continuing development programs and general corporate purposes, it said. Thanks for staying up to date with Hydrogen Central.
The engineering company is developing hydrogen-fuel cells and other solutions to help the maritime industry reduce its emissions, such as exhaust-gas cleaning and carbon-capture systems for ships.
